The downstream site is approx. 50-75 m downstream of this pipe. An oily sheen was present on the side of the stream with the pipe, and a slight, but noticeable, sewage odor was present. Algae growth on the stream bed was noticeably greater than that of the upstream site, but still within the 5-25% range.
